Kawerak, Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 92-0047009). We accept the contribution for the charitable purpose(s) of the Caleb Lumen Pungowiyi Scholars Program. Under requirements of the IRS, we must inform you that the entire amount of your gift represents a charitable contribution for the federal income tax purposes and we have provided no goods or services in return for your irrevocable contribution. In addition, the Kawerak, Inc. Board has exclusive legal control over the assets contributed and the power to modify any restriction or condition on the distribution of funds for any specified charitable purposes or specified organization if, in the Kawerak, Inc. Board’s sole judgment, such restriction or condition becomes unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment, or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the communities served
