Meet Michael:
Michael Ataata Orr is a tribal member of the Native Village of Savoonga. He was born in Nome and is a Sitnasuak and Bering Straits Native Corporation shareholder. Michael is currently a senior banker with a national bank and has a personal interest in developing Alaska’s economy. He is honored to have been selected to further the mission of the Caleb Scholar’s program, as Caleb Pungowiyi was a role model for him growing up.
